If you have previously attended a Brethren Way weekend and would like to sponsor a candidate please print the required application below and mail to the address below. Applications must be in the mail no less than TWO WEEKS before the weekend. If you have any questions or the two-week deadline has passed please contact Jodi Brumbaugh to find out if your candidate is still eligible.

If you would like to serve on the team please print the application below and mail to the address below for consideration. A weekend rector or guide will prayerfully consider your application and contact you if an appropriate position is available. Applications for team need to be sent in as soon as possible so that the weekend’s Rector can assemble and contact the team. Please note: sending in an application does not guarantee a call to serve on the current team, but your application will be held for consideration for the following weekends.

Serving on team is just one of the ways that you can help out. There are many ways for people in the community to participate in Brethren Way of Christ weekends:
- Sign up to pray
- Volunteer to provide food or supplies for the weekends
- Provide Palanca
- Attend Send-off, Serenade, & Closing
- Volunteer for Set-up & Clean-up
- Write Letters to both the team members and the candidates
